A consulting session is a great idea for any couple that would like assistance on any aspect of the wedding planning process regardless of what stage they are at. Ideally suited for the couple that has the time, energy, and resources to plan their own wedding but could use the advice and guidance of a professional to help them in any of the following areas;
- Colour and Design – overall theme development
- Venue location analysis
- Budget planning and/or review
- Vendor Recommendations & Costing
- Money saving ideas
- Etiquette

A consulting session is a valuable tool when used properly – come prepared with your notes and questions, and take advantage of our expertise and knowledge! Quite simply, after one hour, we’ll get you on track and you won’t feel so overwhelmed. You are welcome to utilize our consulting services at any step of your planning process.
Peace of Mind… packages starting at $650
Designed for the couple that has done most of their own planning but want to be sure their wedding day runs smoothly and seamlessly, and would prefer to enjoy the day rather than worry about the details. Joanne and Stephen are on site throughout the day – making sure your dream-wedding turns out to be exactly as you had envisioned. Our attention to detail ensures that nothing goes unnoticed, and even the unexpected is handled calmly and effortlessly.
- Unlimited contact by e-mail or phone the two weeks prior to the wedding day.
- (2) 1 hour consultations where we will go over all of your plans in detail to ensure that there are no omissions.
- A customized, detailed and comprehensive timeline/checklist will be developed for all wedding day events from start to finish.
- Rehearsal attendance to ensure everything is in place for the ceremony and provide overview of seating arrangements to ushers.
- 8 consecutive hours of on site direction for ceremony and reception (starts 1 hour prior to ceremony time).
- Review schedule of events and responsibilities with all members of your bridal party
- Supervision of the ceremony site – indoors or outdoors – and set-up assistance where needed. Includes but not limited to church décor, flower arranging, organization and instruction of ushers, officiant, etc.
- Organize wedding party for processional and recessional.
- Coordination of transportation to ensure everyone gets to photography location on time.
- Transfer of items from the ceremony location to the reception venue (flowers, etc.)
- Early arrival at the reception venue to ensure table set up is correct, vendor arrivals are supervised, and details such as centrepieces, favours, décor elements, place cards and programs are in place.
- Issue payment to on site vendors where necessary.
- Continuous communication with caterer and other vendors to ensure reception runs on time and according to plan.
- Orchestration of receiving line if needed
- Our undivided attention for the assistance of you and your guests.
- Organize the collection and safe storage of gifts and envelopes
- Return of rental items where needed
Tranquility… packages starting at $1095
You’ve been to all the wedding shows, done almost all of the planning, met with all the vendors, picked everything out, made all the decisions and negotiated all the contracts. It was a lot of work, and quite frankly, you’re probably exhausted. The only thing left is to figure out how it’s all going to fit together that day and ensure all the vendors you’ve chosen are coordinated so your wedding day turns out the way you’ve envisioned it. Don’t let all your hard work go to waste. We’ll help you with any remaining details, tie everything together and coordinate the day so it’s perfect.
Our wedding day is only about a month away! package includes:
- Initial Consultation with Bride and Groom approximately one month before the wedding day to review plans, vision, and expectations.
- Telephone and e-mail availability
- Consultation at the ceremony site and reception location so we can discuss any items that may have been overlooked.
- A customized, detailed and comprehensive timeline/checklist will be developed for all wedding day events from start to finish.
- Confirmation phone calls and/or visits to vendors to ensure that all details and times are confirmed.
- Follow up consultation one week before the wedding day to finalize timelines.
- Assistance in managing any last minute details
